CONSIGNMENT

At Monsieur Hamlet we offer consignment for Indie Authors who write within the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres.

We offer a 60/40 cut in your favour. Offering consignment allows us to pay authors more in royalties than we could at whole sale.

How consignment works:

The author ships us their book(s), and later upon selling we will pay the author royalties to the amount of 60% of the agreed sale price.

Examples:

£10.00 at 60% = £6.00

£20.00 at 60% = £12.00

Royalties are paid quarterly via bank transfer to a bank account of your choosing. You will also receive a breakdown of sales across all your book titles quarterly.

WHOLESALE

If you wish for us to make a whole sale purchase from yourself then please include the details of that in the interest form. We don’t tend to make wholesale orders for plain paperbacks, we are looking for something extra - signed, hardbacks, art, sprayed edges, extras, etc.

PREORDERS

We are happy to work with authors to manage pre order campaigns. We do need more time to make that work than just simply listing a book on our website. You do not need to be based in the UK to work with us.
