Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only offer delivery inside the United Kingdom.

When do you take payment?

We take payment at the time of your order. Payment is processed immediately.

I just ordered. How long until I receive my order?

Order processing times are currently within 48 hours.

We ship with Royal Mail tracked 48 hours.

You have taken payment and I have received an email telling me it has been dispatched. Where is my order?

As soon as you receive your dispatch email, this means your order is in the hands of Royal Mail and on its way from our warehouse. You can track your order using the Tracking Number provided.

Returns and Refunds:

If your book arrives damage, or not at all, then please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. If you have received your order and have changed your mind on one or more items you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery. This does not effect your statutory rights.
